We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international school in Dubai for a part-time KG2 teacher to cover a maternity leave from August to December 2025. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early years educator to contribute to a nurturing, inquiry-based IB PYP learning environment.
Role Overview:
- Position: Part-Time KG2 Teacher (Kindergarten, Age 4–5)
- Type: Maternity Cover
- Schedule: Part-time hours (to be confirmed)
- Curriculum Context: International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP)
- Location: Dubai, UAE
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent)
- Has relevant experience with early years learners, ideally in an IB or inquiry-based setting
- Demonstrates strong communication, classroom management, and collaborative skills
- Values student-led, play-based learning and holistic development
- Holds own visa (on father’s, husband’s, or wife’s sponsorship)
- Available for the full contract duration
Pay & Consideration:
- Part-time contract with competitive daily/hourly rates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per day
Expected hours: 30 per week
