Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Kiosks Manager to oversee the operations, sales performance, and team management of our kiosks located within the Art of Living Mall. The Kiosks Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, driving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of Kiosk Sales Representatives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for maximizing sales potential in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned kiosks, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards and mall regulations.
- Ensure all kiosk equipment (POS systems, displays, etc.) is functional and maintained.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of products/materials.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, mall regulations, health & safety standards, and local licensing requirements.
- Sales Performance & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for each kiosk.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Actively participate in sales, demonstrating products/services and closing deals when necessary.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of Kiosk Sales Representatives.
- Set clear performance objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and high-performance team environment.
- Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all kiosks, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Train staff on effective customer engagement techniques and problem-solving.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the kiosk team.
- Financial Management:
- Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and ensure accurate reconciliation of sales.
- Control operational costs and manage budgets effectively.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory, staffing, and customer feedback.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding kiosk operations and performance.
- Liaise with mall management as required for operational matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a retail management role, with at least 1-2 years specifically managing kiosks or small retail outlets.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic or other languages relevant to the Dubai market (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by mall operating hours.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Dubai retail market and mall operating procedures is an advantage.
