KITCHEN STEWARD:
Urgently required steward for a reputed restaurant in Dubai
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, moping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Actively involved in overall cleanliness of the restaurant through ongoing cleaning assignment that include cleaning of restrooms and washing of dishes, trash removal, etc.,
- Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Assisting the chefs in daily activities of the kitchen
- Responsible to inform the chefs about cleansing agent and cleaning material usage and requirements
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
