Key Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
- Assist in washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
- Coordinate the cleaning and polishing of silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of kitchen and dining equipment.
- Ensure the timely removal of garbage and waste from kitchen areas.
- Support the culinary team in food prep and setup for meal services.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness in food storage areas.
- Collaborate with stewarding supervisors and managers to complete tasks efficiently.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning kitchen equipment to the supervisor.
- Participate in the setup and cleanup of kitchen and dining areas for service.
