We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team, with a focus on piling, shoring, and ground improvement projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and stability of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise surveys for piling, shoring, and ground improvement projects
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions for construction sites.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations for accurate measurements.
- Analyze and interpret survey data for piling and shoring designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to determine optimal ground improvement techniques.
- Verify data and perform complex calculations related to soil stability and load-bearing capacity.
- Record and document all survey results and ground improvement measures.
- Advise on technical aspects of deep foundations and excavation support systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Certified diploma in related field
- Immediate joining
- Valid surveyor's experience of at least 5 years.
- Proven experience in land surveying, particularly in piling projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software and CAD programs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities to interact with team members and clients
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various outdoor conditions
- Capable of standing, walking, and operating surveying equipment for extended periods
