Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Surveying for Infrastructure Projects:
Conduct land surveys for various infrastructure projects, including sewerage, water pipeline, and roadworks.
Provide accurate measurement data for the construction of utilities and infrastructure projects.
Survey Data Collection & Analysis:
Collect data through field surveys using survey instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and Levels.
Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and design requirements.
Coordinate with Project Teams:
Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure survey data is integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
Assist in the preparation of as-built surveys and ensure proper documentation.
Site Verification and Quality Control:
Verify and confirm project alignment, boundaries, and topographical details to ensure construction accuracy.
Perform quality control checks to ensure all surveys comply with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
Prepare Reports and Documentation:
Prepare detailed survey reports, as-built drawings, and other related documentation for record-keeping and submission to stakeholders.
Ensure that survey records are up-to-date, organized, and available for reference by the project team.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards while conducting site surveys and working in the field.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in land surveying for infrastructure projects such as sewerage, water pipelines, and roads.
Industry Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Land Surveyor in an infrastructure contracting company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Level, etc.), survey software, and relevant industry tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of infrastructure project specifications, engineering drawings, and design requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Dry Utilities, NDRC works, and infrastructure contracting procedures in the UAE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
