Job Title: Landscape Architect
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This role involves close collaboration with consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs for a variety of projects (residential, commercial, public spaces, etc.).
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and technical documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design and implementation phases.
- Assist in project management and help the team achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Select appropriate softscape elements (plants, trees, etc.) and hardscape materials based on site conditions, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and regulations to ensure innovative and compliant designs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in landscape design and documentation.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of planting design and material specification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
