We are urgently looking for a Landscape Draftsman with hands-on experience in landscape, swimming pool design, and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of UAE experience and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for landscape, swimming pool, and irrigation projects
- Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, and planting/irrigation/pool layouts
- Develop 3D visual presentations using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit
- Assist in designing decorative structures for landscaping projects
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution
- Update drawings based on site modifications, consultant feedback, and authority requirements
- Support documentation for municipal approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, etc.)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and CAD standards
✅ Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Landscape Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscape and swimming pool drafting
- Strong in AutoCAD 2D; proficient in 3D software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool detailing
- knowledge of MEP work is a plus
- Familiarity with municipal approval processes in the UAE
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
