Job Overview
Hornbill Interiors and Landscaping is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping installation and maintenance, with strong leadership skills to guide site teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscaping operations including planting, irrigation, turfing, paving, and other hardscape/softscape works.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Maintain proper documentation of work progress, manpower, and site activities.
- Train and mentor landscaping crew members on techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures.
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in landscaping, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping methods, materials, plants, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
