- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a private household as a laundress or housekeeper with laundry duties
- Expertise in handling high-end, delicate, and designer garments
- Proficient in using professional laundry equipment, steamers, and irons
- Strong knowledge of stain removal and fabric-specific cleaning agents
- Skilled in wardrobe organization and seasonal storage techniques
- Ability to press and finish formal garments and linens professionally
- Experience in managing laundry inventory and supplies
- Capable of coordinating with dry cleaning and tailoring services
