Job Description
- Ensure the solution works correctly, supporting issues that arise daily.
- Assist the client in analyzing, diagnosing, and replicating problems until they are resolved.
- Maintain constant communication with the client, communicating progress and status in problem solving.
- Execute, support, and maintain technology projects after the transition period, ensuring they were implemented correctly.
- Comply with the SLA (service level agreement) established with the client,
- Follow up on incidents
- Documentation of common solutions
- Experience leading support teams
- Maintain metrics on incident compliance, resolution time, complexity, and support best practices
- Experience creating support plans for different types of applications across different technologies.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications or related areas.
Experience: 3-5 years in lead generation or appointment scheduling in a B2B environment, preferably in professional services.
Language Skills: English (intermediate to advanced)
Knowledge of systems: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, others) and contact search platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), others.
