The Opportunity
As a Lead Solution Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in the OpenText Sales Team for Middle East, working closely with Account Executives, Partner Managers, Solution/Business Consultants, Global Services, and strategic partners like SAP and local system integrators.
Your expertise will help identify and develop business opportunities, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of OpenText’s EIM suite to customers. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, design customized demonstrations, and present compelling business and technology solutions that drive success.
What You’ll Do
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best OpenText solutions.
- Design tailored EIM solutions that integrate seamlessly into complex IT environments.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers and partners, offering strategic guidance.
- Work closely with sales teams, services teams, and partners to shape solution offerings.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to technical and business audiences.
- Empower partners by providing training and support.
- Respond to RFPs and help customers with proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Represent OpenText at industry events and trade fairs.
- Proven experience in business and/or software sales across Middle East region.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems to align with customer needs.
- Expertise in BPM and Enterprise Content Management platforms.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to engage with both technical and executive audiences.
- Technical know-how with a consultative approach.
- Solution selling and value-based selling mindset.
- Experience leading complex presales opportunities and designing enterprise-level solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and strategic partners.
- Industry knowledge of EIM solutions and market trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed in the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential.
