Job Purpose
The Leasing Administrator is responsible for managing all leasing administrative activities, including preparing lease agreements, entering them into the system, securing necessary approvals, and coordinating with relevant teams and clients.
The role ensures that all leasing-related tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time, supporting smooth operations within the leasing function.
Salary: AED 7,000 per month (Net)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the real estate business are preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leasing or administrative role.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Working knowledge of Oracle, CRM systems, and other leasing-related applications.
Soft Skills
- Excellent time management and planning abilities
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Training
- Prior office administration training is an advantage; additional training can be provided after joining.
