Position Title: Legal Advisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based, government-licensed offering recruitment, visa, and support services for domestic workers. Job Description: -Provide accurate legal advice, ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations. -Handle all legal cases, disputes, investigations involving the center, draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and legal documents while safeguarding the company’s interests. -Supervise the preparation of reports, memoranda, Board meeting minutes, official company records, ensuring accuracy, proper maintenance, and timely submission. -Manage the Legal Department team, oversee internal investigations, support regulatory, operational compliance, follow up on administrative decisions, and submit periodic reports on legal matters and performance.
Requirements
Qualifications: Open to Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below. Bachelor’s degree in law or related field. Strong understanding of UAE legal systems, including Dubai and Federal Courts, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance matters.
