Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Legal Consultant to join our Dubai office. The role requires extensive expertise in UAE laws and court systems, particularly in criminal, commercial, and corporate matters. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice, manage litigation, draft legal documents, and support complex transactions across multiple legal areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Represent and manage all types of cases, specifically criminal cases, before UAE courts at all levels.
- Meet with clients, collect documents, prepare evidence, and draft legal pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
2. Legal Advisory & Consultation
- Provide clear, concise, and well-reasoned legal advice in corporate, commercial, labor, banking, and civil law.
- Attend client meetings and offer proactive legal support in both Arabic and English.
3. Legal Drafting & Due Diligence
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, court submissions, and legal opinions.
- Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions and compliance matters.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in legal documents in both Arabic and English.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Required).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in criminal law, with at least 5 years of practice.
- Strong background in contract drafting, negotiations, and deal management (minimum 5 years).
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Skills Required

- Advanced legal drafting in both Arabic and English.

- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation
Salary shall be dependent on experience.
