Job Description:
As a Behavior Therapist at Alfarah Rehabilitation center, you will work to induct assessment and implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Your primary role will involve delivering evidence-based interventions, collecting data on client progress, and promoting skill development across various domains such as communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Behavioral therapy to clients in the center and in school settings.
- Follow individualized treatment plans.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
- Use reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors and skill acquisition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions and training to enhance skills.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with DCD regulations.
Qualifications:
- Required: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Required :DOH license
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral signs or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive difference.
- Bilingual Arabic and English Language
- Preference Male therapist

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
