LIFEGUARD
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
- Supervise and ensure safety of swimmers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
- Ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice; enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations.
- Follow emergency action plan and procedures when required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service with little input from others.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- Certified lifesaving and lifeguarding, recognized by the UAE
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a lifeguard
