Job Title: Driver
Department: Logistics / Transportation
Reports To: Fleet Manager / Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or cargo
- Plan routes using GPS and traffic updates to ensure timely arrivals
- Load and unload goods or assist passengers with luggage
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule regular maintenance
- Monitor fuel levels and refuel as needed
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs
- Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license appropriate to vehicle type (e.g., CDL for trucks)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Proven experience as a driver (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with GPS devices and local roadways
- Ability to lift heavy packages or assist passengers
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Multilingual abilities (especially in customer-facing roles)
- Experience with delivery apps or fleet management systems
