Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between hotel guests and limousine drivers.
- Manage, confirm, and track limousine bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate with hotel concierge and front desk teams to arrange guest transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely service execution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are properly communicated and met.
- Monitor and uphold luxury hospitality service standards in all interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, transportation, or service coordination (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end hotel environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED800.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
