Job Title: Listing Agent (Real Estate)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Listing Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with home sellers, managing property listings, and ensuring that each home is priced competitively and marketed effectively. As a Listing Agent, you will be the seller’s key advisor from listing to closing, providing strategic guidance and top-notch customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct listing presentations and secure exclusive listing agreements.
- Provide expert advice on pricing, staging, and market conditions.
- Coordinate professional photography, home staging, and other listing preparations.
- List properties on the MLS and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies (online and offline).
- Host open houses and coordinate showings with buyer agents.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of the seller.
- Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed during the selling process.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, escrow officers, lenders, and inspectors.
- Stay current on local market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent (listing experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient with MLS systems, CRM tools, and real estate marketing platforms
- High level of professionalism and client-service orientation
