Job Summary
The Live Entertainment Project Executive is responsible for leading and managing live entertainment projects from inception through execution and post-event evaluation. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering exceptional live entertainment experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Oversee all phases of live entertainment projects, including planning, execution,
and post-event activities.
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation.
o Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project
goals are met.
2. Budget and Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial
objectives are achieved.
o Negotiate contracts with vendors, artists, and other stakeholders.
o Monitor and report on financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Event Coordination:
o Manage logistics for live events, including venue selection, production schedules,
and technical requirements.
o Ensure all event components (e.g., stage design, sound, lighting, security) are
executed as planned.
o Oversee the setup and teardown of event-related infrastructure.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
o Build and maintain relationships with clients, artists, sponsors, and other key
stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance.
5. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies for
events.
o Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital and print media.
o Track and analyze audience engagement and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Arts Management, or a
related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build
relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations effectively.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event
schedules.
Working Conditions:
- The role may require travel to event locations and working outside of standard business
hours.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours during events, including setup and teardown.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
