Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Arrange transportation and optimize delivery routes to meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate shipping, customs, and logistics documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery issues or delays.
- Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle Municipality sites and registration.
- Handles the customs and shipping.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation and Municipality registration and Municipality sites.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
