Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for a Logistics Support & Ground Coordinator who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, coordinate and control all ground operations related to cargo export / import in close communication with WH, airlines, terminals, customs across Dubai free zones and airports (DAFZA, DWC, Cargo Village, JAFZA).
- Ensure all permits, clearances, and documentation are handled accurately and on time.
- Be physically present on the ground to oversee cargo inspections, pick-ups, and photo documentation.
- Liaise with customs officers, DNATA teams, airline staff, and transport providers to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Support daily operational tasks related to logistics and quality assurance.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE customs regulations and company protocols.
- 70% Field-based: (customs, ground coordination, airline and shipping line interaction) 30% Office-based: (coordination, documentation, and reporting)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of the ground overseeing cargo inspections, labelling, pick-ups, and documentation within the UAE market.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills.
- Fluent in English is must.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and clearance processes at Dubai free zones and airports (DAFZA, DWC, Cargo Village, JAFZA). Valid Customs card is advantage.
- Familiarity with DNATA procedures and operations.
- Personal competencies: proactive and solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, attention to details.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency or urgent situations.
