As part of our growth, we are seeking a high-impact Travel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep luxury travel expertise, ensuring our clients enjoy world-class, seamless experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and deliver bespoke travel experiences for HNW clients
- Build, scale, and lead a high-performing travel team
- Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with global suppliers and partners
- Ensure flawless execution across every client journey, from planning to delivery
Core Requirements
- 5–7 years in a senior travel management role within the luxury or premium sector
- Extensive knowledge of top-tier destinations, accommodations, and experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with proven budget and revenue management skills
- Excellent supplier negotiation and partnership-building capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
