Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality parts according to specific specifications and production schedules.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production processes.
- Inspect finished products for defects and quality assurance, using measuring tools and gauges to verify compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machining or plastics processing preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection moulding or a related manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with injection moulding machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and materials used in injection moulding.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of product quality and consistency.
- English/Arabic language skills preferred.
