Male Production Supervisor (Garments)
A leading garment manufacturing company in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a Production Supervisor (Garments) to join their team. This role is ideal for male candidates with proven experience in garment production and a hands-on approach to managing daily operations on the factory floor.
Position : Production Supervisor (Garments)
Location : Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
Salary : AED 2,500 – AED 3,500

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily garment production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with production targets.
- Coordinate with quality control and other departments to streamline workflow.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide practical solutions on the floor.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in garment manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Must be male (as per job requirement).
- Willingness to be based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
