As the Manager (Car Business), you will oversee all aspects of our car business operations, ensuring smooth processes, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the car business department, ensuring smooth workflow and effective execution of tasks.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to finalizing sales agreements, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
