Key Accountabilities
- Full P&L ownership for GLK mobile segment
- Design and execute mobile roadmap and strategy aligned with enterprise growth targets
- Develop and launch innovative mobile propositions for public and large private sector entities, including voice, data, mobility bundles, 5G applications, and mobile-first solutions
- Create and manage targeted promotions to increase customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Drive ARPU/ARPA uplift initiatives across large and government account base
- Collaborate with Sales and CE teams to enhance customer lifecycle management and journey design
- Align with regulatory and pricing teams to ensure competitive and compliant offers
- Build segment-level performance dashboards for tracking mobile KPIs (e.g., usage growth, churn, net adds, NPS)
- Engage with ecosystem partners to integrate emerging mobile technologies (e.g., IoT, MPN, eSIM, CPaaS) into B2B offers
- Represent GLK mobile needs in cross-functional forums (e.g., product, tech, brand, operations)
- Develop B2B Digital Experience
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Marketing
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Segment Marketing role, preferably with telecom operator
- Strong understanding of enterprise mobile market dynamics and mobility solution development
- Proven experience in driving ARPU/ARPA growth and managing mobile product P&L
- Ability to translate market insights into mobile-first innovations and offers
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data-driven decision-making and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with 5G use cases, mobile lifecycle management, and B2B customer engagement
