- Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferred experience in Ports and Logistics, UAE Govt. Sector in leadership/Managerial Role.
- Extensive hands-on experience in software development, showcasing proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with a successful track record of managing and leading software development teams.
- Architectural expertise, including the ability to make informed decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Strong project management skills, understanding project principles, and effectively coordinating tasks for timely delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members to encourage their professional growth and create a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed for the role.
