Required Qualifications
- Internally nominated or externally recruited
- Less than 3 years of post-graduate work experience
- Include both internal and external experiences
- Exclude internships
- Recent Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Proficient in English (and local language if required)
Career Path
- Upon graduation, MTs will become Assistant Managers (level 4), they are also eligible for internal mobility across properties
- MT graduates are eligible to apply for the Global Future Leader (GFL) Program — a 15-month development program based at the Global Corporate Office to continue their growth at the corporate level.
