Job Description
We are seeking a female Marketing Assistant with a flair for creativity, nightlife culture, and premium brand communication to join our luxury private lounge and nightclub in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in content creation and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment. She must currently reside in the UAE and be ready to join our dynamic team by June 15, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the lounge’s marketing and event strategy
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Assist in coordinating brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, and media coverage
- Monitor and engage with online audiences to build community and boost engagement
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers for visuals
- Assist in planning and promoting in-house events, themed nights, and VIP activations
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare marketing reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on nightlife, luxury, and F&B trends
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Ensure timely updates of menus, flyers, and marketing materials
Requirements
- Female candidate only, currently based in the UAE
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, nightlife, or luxury F&B sector
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer culture, and digital branding
- Fluent in English (Russian or any European language is a plus)
- Proficient in basic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Ready to join by June 15, 2025
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
