We’re Hiring: Marketing Assistant (Tagalog Speaker) / Lead Auditor with Graphic Design Skills
Location: Business Bay | Full-Time
We’re looking for a data-driven multitasker with a creative edge! This hybrid role combines lead auditing, CRM management (Bitrix), and graphic design to support our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and analyze leads to improve conversions
- Maintain and optimize Bitrix CRM records
- Generate reports using Excel & Google Sheets
- Support marketing with graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
- Assist in daily admin and campaign tracking
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Cleanup)
- Experience with Bitrix CRM or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva
- Background in real estate, marketing, or lead management is a plus
