Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business and event objectives.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Event/Exhibition objectives.
- Create and implement digital and content marketing strategies tailored to specific events; ensure compelling marketing messaging and positioning to attract sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, and visitors.
- Conduct competitive research and marketing analysis to align with strategy and brand positioning.
- Lead and manage the digital, content, and events marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive event outreach.
- Provide regular performance and progress updates to the Head of Marketing (HOM).
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or in a relevant discipline; a minimum of 4-6 years of marketing and communications experience, including a strong track record in events marketing.
- Solid expertise in digital marketing, communication strategy, and marketing analytics with proficiency in both mass marketing and targeted marketing strategies.
- Experience working in a highly sales-driven, results-oriented environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing a marketing team.
- Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic—written and verbal.
