As we expand in Dubai, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute marketing activities that boost brand awareness and customer engagement both on the ground.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives - including field campaigns, vendor and partner coordination, brand and partner merchandising. This role demands strong execution skills, vendor management, adaptability, and excellent collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met with quality and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand activations, including vehicle branding, brand and partner merchandising, print collaterals, and partner marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery; work towards optimizing the vendor base.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as category teams, field sales, and external vendors; conduct in-person visits to vendors and partners to ensure brand standards and quality.
- Oversee production and quality control of marketing materials such as leaflets, partner uniforms, helmets, and other brand merchandising items.
- Support ad hoc marketing projects and campaigns with tight deadlines.
- Track campaign progress and report outcomes, sharing successes and learnings internally to improve future execution.
- Help showcase marketing initiatives internally to boost team awareness of ongoing and completed projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably with exposure to offline/field marketing or logistics/e-commerce sectors.
- Strong execution ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Vendor management experience with the ability to assess vendor quality and negotiate contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to engaging vendors and partners in person.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality control and brand consistency.
