Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Chinese Speaker)
Work location: Al Quoz, Dubai (Near Onpassive Metro Station)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Translate marketing content (ads, emails, brochures) between English and Chinese with cultural sensitivity.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage social media content calendars and posts in Chinese.
- Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking clients, partners, or vendors and internal teams.
- Translate and interpret meetings, documents, and communications as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding across language barriers.
- Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches (domestic and Chinese markets).
- Maintain marketing databases, track project timelines, and support team workflows.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document preparation in both languages.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in marketing, digital media, or advertising is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong translation and localization skills; able to adapt messaging across cultures.
- Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
