Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Marketing Professional to lead and execute marketing strategies for liquid cooling solutions in data centre environments. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and communication skills to position cutting-edge cooling technologies in a highly competitive and evolving market. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of liquid cooling systems across target segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for data centre liquid cooling technologies
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions specific to enterprise, hyperscale, and edge data centre markets.
- Create compelling marketing content including white papers, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate technical features into market-relevant benefits.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform strategy and positioning.
- Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote thought leadership.
- Generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support the sales team with targeted campaigns and materials.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and ROI.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of data centre technologies, thermal management, and sustainability drivers.
- In-depth knowledge of liquid cooling solutions and trends
- Proven experience in B2B technology or industrial marketing—ideally within the data centre ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a technical and commercial mindset.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences through impactful storytelling.
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications or experience in data centre environments (e.g., CDCP, DCCA) is a strong plus.
- 5–12 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2–3 years focused on data centres or high-performance computing technologies.
