Greeneration is a high-end vertical farm supplying premium edible flowers, leaves, and microgreens to top chefs, luxury hotels, and fine dining establishments across the UAE. As we grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and position Greeneration as the leading speciality foods supplier in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Strategy
- Develop and test new strategies for B2B client acquisition
- Conduct customer interviews to extract insights for product positioning and roadmap refinement
- Own and update the marketing roadmap, aligning activities with company milestones
Trade Shows
- Plan and manage our participation in trade shows and culinary expos
- Run the execution and orchestrate teams involved in building, exhibiting and dismantling the expo stalls
Performance & Analytics
- Track marketing performance metrics: ROMI, CAC, lead conversions
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to define and monitor the targeted ads strategy (no need to operate ad platforms directly)
- Handle reporting to the management
Content & Social Media
- Oversee Greeneration’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
- Approve content calendars, reels, and posts developed by the social media manager
- Ensure brand voice, aesthetics, and messaging are consistent and premium
- Run social media content creation at the farm and at clients’ kitchen
Marketing Materials & Production
- Keep all physical and digital marketing collateral up-to-date and in line with the product line
- Organize and oversee product photoshoots for marketing usage, as well as hire and run contractors for photo- and video shootings
- Hands-on preparation of marketing- and investor-grade slide decks
Influencer & Community Engagement
- Identify and collaborate with relevant food, sustainability, and chef influencersBuild long-term relationships to drive brand visibility and trust
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or food consumer goods
- Proven experience in managing social media and content strategy
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for building relationships in media
- Comfortable with data and performance tracking
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Passion for food innovation, sustainability, and hospitality is a strong plus
- Driving license and a car to get around, visit clients, influencers and events
