Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote Zahara Education Institute’s courses in-person through schools, colleges, businesses, and community events.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and conduct info sessions in public and educational spaces.
- Generate leads through face-to-face interactions and convert them into enrollments.
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, training centers, and organizations.
- Represent the institute at events, expos, and outdoor campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Provide regular performance updates to management.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales / outdoor marketing (education or training sector preferred).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable approaching people directly.
- Target-driven and self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
- Must be based in UAE with valid residency/visa.
- Access to personal transport is an advantage.
