Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other online channels.
- Create and publish engaging content for websites, emails, and social media platforms.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Marketing experience in the UAE or home country (UAE-based freshers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Creative, self-driven, and results-focused personality.
