Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete paving machine , to ensure the efficient production of concrete products . The Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling equipment, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and responding to operational issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Description
- Execute machine and plant operations according to established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and monitor the production log sheet, machine operations, and maintenance checklist on a daily and weekly basis.
- Engage in all activities related to machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to prescribed safety and operational procedures.
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, batching, or processing plants with SCADA, PLC, and HMI controls are preferred.
Qualifications
· Prefer candidates who have background in electricals
· Minimum experience require is 8 years of relevant experience,
