We are seeking skilled and experienced Mason and Carpenter to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Mason – Key Responsibilities:
- Perform block work, plastering, tiling, and concrete repairs.
- Carry out general masonry repairs (walls, floors, ceilings, outdoor surfaces).
- Inspect and assess structures to ensure stability and compliance with standards.
- Mix materials (cement, sand, etc.) and prepare surfaces for masonry work.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Carpenter – Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including door and window repairs, furniture fixing, ceiling and partition installations.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Install shelves, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
- Repair and refurbish damaged wooden structures or fittings.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and cutting to fit structures.
Requirements (for both positions):
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a facilities management or construction environment.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
