Job Title: Massage Therapist – Staff Wellness

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Massage Therapist to provide massage therapy services to our restaurant staff as part of our employee wellness program. The therapist will help reduce work-related physical strain, promote recovery, and support the overall well-being and morale of team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduled on-site massage therapy (e.g., chair massages, deep tissue, reflexology) to employees at designated restaurant branches or staff accommodations.
- Address common job-related concerns such as back pain, muscle fatigue, and stress from prolonged standing or repetitive tasks.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation protocols for massage equipment, tools, and linens.
- Maintain professional records of treatments while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR or Wellness Team to organize regular massage sessions across outlets.
- Offer suggestions on stretching or wellness practices to employees when appropriate.
- Monitor staff feedback and adapt services to meet evolving needs.
- Promote a safe, calm, and comfortable environment during each session.
- Travel to different restaurant locations as required.
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid license or local accreditation to practice (as required by law).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in therapeutic massage, preferably with experience in high-stress or hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of work-related musculoskeletal concerns (e.g., prolonged standing, lifting, repetitive motion).
- Approachable, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Ability to maintain discretion and ensure employee privacy.
Work Conditions:
- Must be willing to travel between branches or staff accommodations as scheduled.
- Flexible working hours depending on staff shifts and outlet operations.
- Requires physical stamina and the ability to perform multiple sessions per day.
