We are looking for a Master Painter with exceptional skills in automotive refinishing to join our high-end car care center in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in luxury vehicles, advanced paint systems, color matching, and refinishing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Perform full body paint jobs, spot repairs, blending, and refinishing.
Mix, match, and apply paint with precision using advanced tools and spray systems.
Ensure flawless finishes on luxury and exotic cars.
Work with PPF, ceramic coating, and detailing teams to deliver premium results.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the paint booth.
Diagnose paint defects and recommend corrective measures.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an automotive painter (luxury cars preferred).
Mastery in paint mixing, color matching, blending, and spray painting techniques.
Knowledge of modern paint systems (water-based, solvent-based, clear coats).
Familiarity with paint defect correction (orange peel, runs, fisheyes, dust nibs, etc.).
Ability to work with advanced polishing and refinishing tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
