Job Title: Mechanical BIM Modeler

Job Description:
Universal BIM is looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems and should be locally available in the UAE for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure accurate modeling and clash-free designs.
- Generate detailed 3D models, drawings, and BOQs based on project specifications.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
- Update and revise models as per project requirements and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
