- Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and products
- Conduct feasibility studies and engineering analysis (e.g., stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis)
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement
- Supervise and support manufacturing processes to ensure design integrity
- Test and evaluate prototypes, identifying and implementing design improvements
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Design & Analysis
- Understanding of Thermodynamics and Materials Science
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and production methods
- Familiarity with Quality Control standards and techniques
- Ability to create and interpret Technical Documentation and engineering drawings
