Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP projects, ensuring work is executed efficiently and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UAE as a Mechanical Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
