Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of construction/ consultancy experience in UAE with various building types, including high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and villas/townhouses.

Extensive technical knowledge and experience in the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical services as follows,
- HVAC,
- Water supply,
- Drainage,
- Firefighting,
- LPG,
- Smoke management system
- BMS, etc.
- Maintain the quality of work at site, take necessary action and report to the superior for corrective action.
- Carryout mechanical inspections for materials, installations and witness the testing and commissioning.
- Mock-up installation requirements.
- FAT and SAT procedures and requirements.
- Familiar with UAE local authority guidelines and internationally recognized standards.
- Review of method statements, shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Familiar to use online platforms such as Aconex, Asite, Assist etc., and other snagging tools as per
- the project requirements.
- Good in Autocad, MS word, excel, PowerPoint and other software’s / tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
