Position: Mechanical Inspector
Location: Dubai
Industry: Engineering Consultancy
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, specifically in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems.
- Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Inspection of work and materials as per the authority requirements and standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all mechanical works on high-rise building projects.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.
- Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality control.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.
