OVERALL PURPOSE
Greenpeace MENA is committed to amplifying its digital fundraising efforts by engaging with MENA diaspora communities across key international markets. To ensure successful campaign delivery, Greenpeace MENA seeks to engage an Ads Consultant specialized in META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
SCOPE
The primary objective of this consultancy is to develop, optimize, and report on paid advertising strategies targeting MENA diaspora communities, leveraging Greenpeace MENA’s existing advertising infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The consultant will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising strategies targeting MENA diaspora communities. The role will leverage Greenpeace MENA’s existing advertising infrastructure to maximize fundraising outcomes.
The Consultant will deliver the following key functions
a. Strategy Development
- Propose a clear and actionable ad strategy tailored to diaspora audiences.
- Define audience segmentation, targeting tactics, and geo-market prioritization.
- Present the strategy along with a detailed monthly retainer proposal.
b. Campaign Setup and Optimization
- Launch and manage campaigns using Greenpeace MENA’s ad accounts (Business Manager & Google Ads).
- Continuously optimize campaigns for conversions (donations) and performance KPIs.
- Provide guidance on creative direction, ad copy, and visuals in collaboration with the Digital Fundraising Specialist.
c. Insights Gathering & Reporting
- Develop and implement a methodology to analyze campaign performance and diaspora audience behavior.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and learnings per platform.
- Share actionable insights to guide creative and targeting refinement.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in performance marketing, audience targeting, or fundraising campaigns.
- Proven track record in audience targeting or fundraising campaigns.
- Advanced expertise in META Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated experience with NGOs or cause-driven campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
Collaboration & Communication
Three-month engagement, with weekly check-ins and monthly review meetings with the Fundraising Director, Digital Fundraising Specialist, and Fundraising Data Manager.
