Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, aesthetic clinics and hospital staff. You will build and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers, educate healthcare providers on the benefits of our products, and achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinic, hospital staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare settings.
- Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate healthcare providers on the features and benefits of our products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other documentation as required.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote company products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharm-D, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, products, and healthcare trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
